At Flooret, we stand behind the quality of our flooring and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your project needs change, we offer a straightforward return process for unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your return consists of at least 4 unopened, resalable cartons of flooring within the 30-day return window from the date of receipt.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the total quantity of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack your items on a pallet or in their original packaging to prevent transit damage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned inventory, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
